A: No, WynYo operates as a no-fee platform. There are no charges for merchants or users until further notice.

Q: Why is the platform limited to Zahle only?

A: Due to logistical challenges and as part of an impactful venture to contribute to the revival of Zahle, WynYo is currently restricted to members and shops within Zahle. If other towns express interest, we may explore expansion in the future.

A: WynYo operates with a no-return policy due to the nature of the platform being centered around gifting. However, exchanges are possible within 7 days for unused and undamaged products, subject to the individual merchant's exchange policy.
